Already reported, Nintendo presented it Wii U gaming console at E3 and in the first presentation of the Nintendo Wii’s innovative controller some details were leaked about its hardware. Now, legend designer, John Carmack is very much positive about the Wii’s successor.

Carmack, who is currently working with his apocalyptic shooter Rage, said about the online portal Gamespot his current project and the next Nintendo console. According to him,”The level of technology it puts on a par with the other consoles, which is really convenient for us” .
Accordingly, we think also about to bring shooter Rage to the Wii U, but one should not lose sight of the target group. Carmack believes that the vast majority of potential Rage player to a PC, an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Despite the technical feasibility not quite sure if it will port Wii-U. However, Carmack said that the concept of touch-screen controller is fascinating and still can imagine many uses.
