Long awaited RC release of IE9 is available for download finally, I just installed it and it is looking great. The performance is improved, its stable and design is sleek. All the issues of IE9 beta and IE8 have been resolved and now I’ll stick to IE9 and not switch to Chrome because I feel Chrome makes my PC slow.

I am using IE9 ( internet explorer latest beta ) as my primary browser and facing issues, I do understand that it is a beta software. Good news is that Microsoft has just released a beta 2 release of IE9 with lot of enhancements. The new beta build includes stability and reliability fixes, but “is not a new Internet Explorer 9 Beta build,” according to a November 23 post to the company’s IE Blog, hence the IE 9 beta update is marked as “recommended” via Windows Update.

Firefox Tab Candy – New innovative OS like interface is really fascinating

Are Facebook and other social sites good for you and your kids?

People seem to think information they put on the internet is transient – here today, gone tomorrow. Increasingly, we are finding data doesn’t disappear when you delete it. It may be automatically saved by Facebook or Google.

You may think you got rid of something but it can come back to bite you. If you are 18, you don’t think about your 42-year-old self looking for a job or promotion. People don’t consider that long-term risk. I think this could become a serious problem in future. Young people seem very blasé about their privacy, but their opinions may change in years to come.
