It’s very important to have some useful apps on your mobile phone to keep you updated with their map, language, culture, etiquettes so that you don’t find yourself out of place. i have gathered some interesting Arabic apps for iPhone, highly useful for people who are visiting Middle East countries such as Saudia Arabia, Kuwait, Dubai etc. If you have any recommendations, don’t forget to drop them in comments.

Yamli, a strange name for iPhone app is a latest from Yamli team, the first online web service in the world to provide an Arabic transliteration tool has released it’s iPhone app for its million user base. Priced at only $3, Yamli is a must have where you’re presented with a text editor of sorts that will allow you to type English letters to phonetically produce Arabic words which can then be sent via SMS or email.
